Job Description

The GTM Operating Model & Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and evolving the operating framework that enables GTM to scale effectively. This leader owns the orchestration of strategic planning, organizational design, governance, capacity planning, investment prioritization, and business operating mechanisms across the GTM organization. The role serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and is accountable for ensuring the organization is structured, resourced, and aligned to deliver against business priorities. This leader is responsible for bringing together HR, Finance, or RevOps and other appropriate stakeholders to drive decisions, develop recommendations, and ensure alignment across the organization.

  • Lead annual planning for GTM and strategic investment planning
  • Establish prioritization frameworks for GTM initiatives and investments
  • Develop recommendations regarding resource allocation, organizational investments, and growth priorities
  • Conduct scenario planning and executive decision support
  • Define future-state GTM operating models

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, RevOps, Consulting, GTM Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness
  • 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with annual planning, workforce planning, capacity planning, or organizational design
  • Experience influencing VP-level stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills
