Job Description:

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K apps, process $2B in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: help every app unlock its full revenue potential. We are a team of 200+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of the fastest-growing mobile SaaS companies and aiming to become number one worldwide. Beyond our core subscription platform, Adapty is rapidly expanding into User Acquisition with Adapty Apple Ads – keyword-level ROAS without an MMP, cohort tracking, automation, and full-funnel attribution. The product is gaining traction but has no dedicated marketing yet. As our first GTM Manager for this product line, you will define how it reaches its audience and build the go-to-market engine from scratch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own go-to-market for Apple Ads: positioning, messaging, feature launches, campaigns, and adoption programs
  • Build CRM and lifecycle marketing: email sequences, lead nurturing, segmentation, and trial-to-paid optimization
  • Create pipeline-driving content: case studies, blog posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and thought leadership
  • Enable Sales with pitch decks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and ROI-focused materials
  • Conduct customer and competitive research while building partnerships with agencies, consultants, and influencers in the mobile UA ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or Growth Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution: you've personally written case studies, built email sequences, created landing pages – not just managed others doing it
  • Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market efforts, including product launches and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (attribution, ROAS, cohort analysis) into clear, compelling messaging
  • Comfortable working autonomously as a first GTM hire – no existing playbooks, team, or processes to inherit
  • Data-driven mindset: you measure what you launch and iterate based on results

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the mobile app ecosystem, App Store optimization, or Apple Search Ads
  • Familiarity with mobile UA (user acquisition) metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
  • Experience with CRM tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar
  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company where you built marketing from scratch
  • Knowledge of the subscription economy and in-app purchase monetization
What we offer:
  • Strong product with industry-leading metrics
  • Full ownership of product direction and impact on revenue
  • Ability to build your own team and processes
  • Direct communication with founders and fast decision-making
  • Flexible remote work
  • Professional Support: language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage and more
