As GTM Lead, you will help build and scale a sustainable business at the cutting edge of AI model customization. We are looking for one of our first GTM team members: a hands-on generalist who can handle a wide breadth of responsibility, learns extremely quickly, and excels at navigating ambiguity.
Job Responsibility:
Own deals end to end – Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contracting
Shape who we sell to – Continue to refine our ICP
Contribute to pricing and packaging – Research the market, design pricing hypotheses, run experiments, and adjust based on usage and deals
Support demand gen: Collaborate with marketing to run targeted warm and cold outbound
Drive key partnerships: Lead or support GTM partnerships
Do what it takes: Whether that is making a deck for a CEO presentation, running analysis, briefing our product team
Close the loop internally: Turn what you’re hearing from the field into clear feedback for product, engineering, and leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience
Experience at an AI startup in a GTM role
Direct selling experience is a strong plus
Prior experience in consulting is a bonus
Strong collaboration skills
