As our first GTM Engineer, you will treat the sales funnel as a technical product. You are the architect of growth experiments and the primary bridge between market intent and revenue execution. Your goal is to eliminate manual prospecting and increase conversion rates.
Job Responsibility:
Design and own the automated workflows that ingest raw signals and transform them into ready-to-act leads for Sales
Support the integration of LLMs to automate deep-dive account research and generate hyper-personalized outreach
Build the connective tissue across the revenue stack using Python, SQL, and REST APIs
Drive the technical setup and A/B testing for new growth hypotheses
Develop scalable flows in Clay, Cargo, or n8n to sanitize unstructured data and validate new third-party intent sources
Directly reclaim GTM time by automating data stitching and delivering auto-generated Account Cheat Sheets
Act as the agile executor for the experimental layer of the GTM stack, packaging and documenting successful technical plays for global adoption
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operation, Sales Operations, Growth Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineer
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong understanding of API logic and connectivity
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with at least one modern GTM enrichment/orchestration platform (Clay, Cargo, Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to take a workflow from idea to production — scoping, building, testing, documenting, and iterating
Comfort working with data at scale: cleaning, transforming, enriching, and routing contact/account records
