Job Description:

Build the Marketing & Sales AI Operating System of the Future with us! We're not looking for a classic Marketing Manager. We're not looking for a pure developer. We're looking for someone who builds systems. You think in workflows. You think in agents. You think in automation. And when you read YAML, you don't roll your eyes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop our AI-driven marketing and sales infrastructure
  • Building and advancing AI agents (Claude Code, OpenAI, MCP)
  • Creating skills and projects for AI agents
  • Developing and continuously optimizing complex n8n workflows
  • API integrations (SEO tools, CRM, analytics, data APIs)
  • Automating SEO, content, and research processes
  • Developing scalable AI marketing systems for marketing and sales
  • Documenting processes (Markdown, YAML, runlogs, system documents)
  • Systematization instead of tool-hopping

Requirements:

  • Structured thinking in processes & architectures
  • Experience with Claude Code, Codex CLI, or comparable LLM systems
  • Strong knowledge of n8n or comparable automation tools
  • Experience with MCP or agent architecture
  • API understanding (REST, JSON, webhooks)
  • No fear of YAML, Markdown, Git, or CLI

Nice to have:

  • Python or TypeScript
  • SEO automation
  • Tool knowledge in: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales processes
What we offer:
  • Collaboration in an empathetic and appreciative team
  • Opportunity to apply knowledge and personal strengths, gain further qualifications and develop
  • Structured onboarding process
  • Hybrid work concept (office, home office, mobile work, workation)
  • Modern tech stack and agile working methods
  • Pension provision
  • Health management
  • Employee discounts
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome at all locations
