Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage.We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events — with capabilities including APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, AI Observability and more — enabling customers to enhance operational efficiency while reducing observability costs by up to 70%. We are seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled systems that power our revenue engine.This is a builder role focused on rapid development, AI-enabled engineering, and scalable automation across the GTM lifecycle. You will leverage modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, LLM-based copilots) to rapidly prototype, deploy, and optimize internal GTM applications and integrations. You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps — building scalable technical solutions and systems that support pipeline generation, quoting, forecasting, billing, revenue analytics and also eliminate manual processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate go-to-market velocity. This role is not focused on reporting or operational support. It is focused on engineering systems that scale revenue.The GTM Engineer translates revenue strategy into engineered systems. Instead of maintaining spreadsheets or manual workflows, you design scalable infrastructure that encodes revenue logic into software.
