Job Description

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a GTM Engineer to build AI-powered systems that scale our go-to-market operations. The GTM Engineer will own end-to-end delivery of automation projects across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success---transforming how our teams work with data, make decisions, and engage with customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Build scalable automation systems---from data enrichment and orchestration to customer intelligence pipelines---that connect customer, product, and engagement data into unified intelligence layers, driving better decisions
  • Design and implement automated workflows that augment team capabilities across prospecting, customer risk detection, sales coaching, and engagement optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions that are both powerful and maintainable
  • Apply testing and monitoring frameworks that ensure automation works reliably, fails gracefully, and maintains data quality at scale
  • Serve as a technical expert on responsible automation, educating stakeholders on when automation adds value versus when human judgment is essential
  • Stay current on emerging GTM automation capabilities, AI tools, and data enrichment technologies to continuously improve what's possible for the organization
  • Document and share learnings so that successful patterns can be replicated and scaled across other teams and use cases
  • Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure automation systems handle customer and prospect data responsibly

Requirements

  • Prior experience implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly conversational AI and MCP integrations, and building AI-powered workflow automations for teams
  • 4+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or related technical GTM roles with demonstrated progression in complexity and scope
  • Proven track record building scalable automation infrastructure that others can maintain
  • Strong proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment and orchestration platforms (Apollo, Clearbit, custom pipelines)
  • Technical foundation in SQL for data analysis and Python for scripting and automation, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop these skills
  • Experience working with APIs---both directly and through workflow automation platforms like Zapier
  • Passionate advocate for responsible automation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Detail-oriented approach to naming conventions, documentation, and architectural decisions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model and integration patterns (lookups, upserts, SOQL queries, deduplication strategies)

Exposure to Gong, Zendesk, Totango, or similar GTM platforms and their API capabilities

Design and implement workflows in HubSpot and across our wider stack that handle routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, and handoffs without manual intervention. Replace bespoke one-off work with templated, repeatable systems. Level up the solution architecture capabilities across the team
  • Own the enrichment and data quality layer. Take ownership of our enrichment stack (currently ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and with planned additions potentially including other tools such as Clay or CommonRoom). Build pipelines that produce clean, accurate, fit-scored data. Set the standard for what good data looks like at Xelix
  • Automate reporting. Templatise it and build dashboards and models that require minimal manual updating
  • Build AI-augmented workflows. Prototype and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered tooling for tasks like lead qualification, account research, RFP response, call analysis, and content generation
  • Level up our technical capabilities. Work with other members of the team to level up their technical sophistication and help them design and deploy effective processes.
