We are looking for a GTM Engineer who will sit at the intersection of growth, automation, and engineering. This role is responsible for building, reviewing, maintaining, and scaling technical GTM systems that support sales. Unlike a traditional sale or SDR role, this position is technical. Success in this role depends more on coding, automation, and systems thinking than on prior quota-carrying sales experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automation platforms, scripting, and data systems, and is excited about applying AI and automation to real-world go-to-market workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Build, maintain, and optimize GTM automation workflows across sales
Review, improve, and productionise GTM prototypes developed by internal teams
Own integrations between CRMs, data sources, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and internal systems
Design and maintain workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
Document systems, workflows, and best practices to support scale and handover
Write and maintain scripts in Python and/or JavaScript to support custom logic and integrations
Manage and work with databases to ensure clean, reliable GTM data flows
Partner closely with sales, partnerships, and operations teams to translate GTM needs into technical solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing automations and GTM infrastructure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field
Non-technical degree holders are eligible if they possess a strong portfolio of API integrations and scripting experience
4+ years of experience building and maintaining automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, or equivalent
Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and agentic workflows applied to GTM use cases
Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience (Python and/or JavaScript)
Background in sales operations, SDR, revenue operations, or GTM support is a great plus
Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort operating independently
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Proactive, curious, and fast learning
Experience supporting global or distributed teams
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (essential for custom logic and API calls)
1+ year of experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier (building multi-step, logic-based workflows)
Familiarity with integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) into automated workflows
Deep understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
Basic knowledge of SQL or database structures to manage lead flows and CRM data
Nice to have:
Background in sales operations, SDR, revenue operations, or GTM support is a great plus
