Their platform is used by thousands of organizations and millions of developers globally, and they’re known for a high-performance culture that values speed, quality, and deep ownership. They are hiring a Demand-focused GTM Engineer to help drive pipeline growth by turning marketing strategy into execution. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations, owning multi-channel programs across paid media, email, and account-based motions while optimizing performance through data, testing, and automation.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs across paid and owned channels
Own day-to-day management of paid media, including targeting, creative rotation, pacing, and bidding
Lead ABM programs (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) in partnership with SDRs, design, and content teams
Analyze campaign performance, run experiments, and optimize programs to drive pipeline impact
Build repeatable playbooks and automation to improve speed and reduce manual effort
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (SaaS or agency)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and at least one additional paid platform (Meta, Reddit, etc.)
Proven success running ABM programs with measurable pipeline results
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience with reporting, attribution, funnel diagnostics, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with automation and low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, N8N, Clay)
Nice to have:
experience with APIs, webhooks, light design tools, or copywriting
