Profound is building the marketing platform for the age of superintelligence. As AI reshapes how information is created, discovered, and distributed, companies need a new way to understand and influence how AI systems represent them. Profound works with the world’s leading brands to define and win this new era of AI search. We are hiring a GTM Enablement leader to build the function from the ground up. This role owns how Profound’s Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams are enabled to win, from onboarding and training to playbooks, launches, and ongoing field readiness. You will translate a fast-evolving product and category into clear, repeatable motions that scale.
Job Responsibility:
Build Profound’s go-to-market enablement function from scratch
Own enablement across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and Partners
Design onboarding programs that ramp new hires quickly in a complex, technical category
Create go-to-market playbooks for enterprise sales cycles, pilots, and expansions
Partner with Product Marketing to turn positioning into field-ready messaging
Enable the field to confidently sell Profound’s differentiation across AI search and agentic workflows
Lead enablement for new product launches
Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks
Serve as the voice of the field into Product and go-to-market leadership
Define and track enablement impact including ramp time, win rates, and adoption
Requirements:
7 to 12 or more years of experience across go-to-market roles such as enablement, sales, customer success, revenue operations, or product marketing
Experience as a first or early enablement hire building function and systems from zero
