Job Description

We're hiring our first GTM Enablement - Partnerships Lead to build the foundation of how ElevenLabs enables, trains, and scales its global partner ecosystem. This is a 0-to-1 builder role. You will define the strategy, build the infrastructure, and execute hands-on as we scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, implementation, sales enablement, or GTM enablement in a SaaS or platform company
  • At least 2 years enabling channel, services, or technology partners
  • Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, developer tooling, and modern AI/ML platforms — you can read API docs, run a Postman collection, and credibly lead a technical workshop
  • Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch in fast-moving environments
  • Full-stack enablement skills: live facilitation, content creation, e-learning development, and presentation design
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and partner-led growth
  • Experience designing both live and self-serve training, including certification programs
  • Confident facilitator and presenter for global, external audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Revenue Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking enablement effectiveness
  • Comfortable operating across global time zones and cultures
  • Fluency in English

  • Develop partner-facing commercial assets - playbooks, discovery guides, demo scripts, architecture blueprints - that translate ElevenLabs' capabilities into partner field execution
