Job Description:

We’re hiring our first GTM Enablement - Outbound to build the playbooks, training, and ramp programs that scale an outbound motion responsible for almost 50% of new business. Your job is to find what is winning, make it repeatable, and bring it to GTM. You will be primarily focused on our SDR team, with reach into AEs and CSMs wherever outbound overlaps. We’re looking for a high-trajectory SDR or SDR Lead who has hit their number, knows what separates good pipeline from bad, and is ready to grow with it. This role reports to the GTM Enablement Lead, North America but you will support a global team across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build outbound playbooks and training for SDRs, with overlap for AEs and CSMs on shared outbound motions: prospecting by segment, messaging, objection handling, and sequence strategy
  • Own SDR ramp - define what 'Pipeline Ready' looks like at ElevenLabs and build the path to get there, including the SDR-to-AE progression track
  • Keep the SDR team current on outbound stack updates, new ElevenLabs product releases, and AI tools that change how they prospect, so the team is always working with the latest

Requirements:

  • You have a proven track record hitting outbound quota as an SDR or SDR Lead and have coached or onboarded peers
  • You are fluent in the outbound stack: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Gong, Salesforce, and Claude
  • You design things people actually use - trainings, resources, and workflows - and you help others do the same
  • You are resourceful, question the default, and build from what actually works
  • You can hold a room - clear communicator, strong presenter, and comfortable running live trainings

Nice to have:

  • Made the SDR to AE transition yourself
  • Experience in a formal sales enablement or GTM training role
  • Background in AI, voice AI, or developer tools
What we offer:
  • Innovative culture
  • Growth paths
  • Learning & development through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Annual company offsite
  • Co-working monthly stipend
