Job Description

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM, helping drive revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a complex, multi-market region. No job is too small. No task is beneath you. The upside is significant.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
  • Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team
  • Support and align teams in complex deal execution
  • Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
  • Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones
  • Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
  • Identify and solve operational problems before they become bigger ones
  • Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org
