This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM — driving revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, coordinating across some of the world's most complex enterprise relationships, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a multi-market region.No job is too small. Job Responsibility
Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects
Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
Identify and solve operational problems before they escalate
Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the org
Requirements

Based in Singapore, same timezone as the team.
Prior experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps or a high-growth startup GTM environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
