Job Responsibility:
You’ll be a founding member of our Spain team - working directly with the Spain Lead and Global Expansion Lead, you’ll own execution across sales, ops, strategy, partnerships, and growth
Act as a true generalist operator, switching between strategy, sales, BD, ops, partnerships, and GTM
Own and refine our local sales motion, aligned to Heidi’s PLG strategy
Build and close strategic partnerships with healthcare ecosystem players
Create internal processes from zero to enable repeatable, scalable execution
Collect feedback from customers and the market to shape our local playbook
Represent Heidi in Spain - owning relationships, brand presence, and market wins
Requirements:
High-agency builder: you act like an owner, bias to action, relentlessly outcome-oriented
Sharp, structured thinker: able to break down complex problems and adapt creatively
Customer-obsessed: emotionally perceptive, highly articulate, and energised by spending 50%+ of your time face-to-face in the field
Trajectory-driven: you want uncapped growth, in an environment where impact defines opportunity
Native or fluent Spanish speaker is a must
Catalan highly favourable
1-3 years work experience in high-performing environments
Healthcare operators (EHR vendors, healthtech startups, or hospital strategy units)
