Job Description:

We're hiring our first GTM Agentic Enablement Lead to build a first class sales and marketing engine powered by AI Agents. What sets this role apart: This is a 0-to-1 builder role. Your primary job is to architect and build ElevenAgents that solve real seller problems: agents that prep reps for meetings, generate tailored sales assets, coach sellers in real time, and automate onboarding. Your secondary responsibility is the enablement systems layer: making sure content is properly created, structured, automatically updated, and easy to access. What sets this role apart: You're not managing tools. You're building them. You've looked at off-the-shelf enablement platforms and thought "I could build something better with agents." You're technical enough to review code, debug integrations, and ship working software. You understand GTM workflows well enough to know which agent will actually change seller behavior vs. which is a cool demo that nobody uses. You will work in close partnership with RevOps, PMM, Company Ops, and the broader GTM Enablement team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and deploy GTM Agents that solve specific seller problems: meeting prep, stakeholder mapping, POV generation, champion deck creation, ROI modeling
  • Design the orchestration layer that surfaces the right agent or asset at the right moment based on deal context
  • Build AI-powered onboarding agents that adapt to role, region, and individual knowledge gaps
  • Prototype real-time sales assistance agents for co-selling and in-call coaching
  • Maintain, update, and continuously improve deployed agents based on usage data and seller feedback
  • Define what "Agentic Enablement" looks like at ElevenLabs
  • Build AI role-play and auto-certification systems
  • Create agents for partner enablement at scale
  • Push the boundaries of what enablement can be when AI is native to the stack
  • Build and curate Agent Skills for revenue team to leverage
  • Own the enablement content lifecycle: creation, structure, governance, automated updates, and accessibility
  • Audit and organize the current content landscape across our LMS, wiki, cloud storage, and messaging channels
  • Design content architecture that serves both human consumption and agent retrieval
  • Build integrations connecting content systems to seller workflows
  • Define and track metrics: agent adoption, seller behavior change, ramp time, content freshness
  • Use data to continuously improve agent performance and content architecture
  • Build dashboards that connect enablement systems to revenue outcomes
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Knowledge Management
  • Partner with PMM to ensure sales content flows into the right systems
  • Partner with Company Ops to align GTM knowledge management with company-wide standards, ensuring content is properly created, structured, (automatically) updated and easy to access
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure agent infrastructure is built on solid content foundations

Requirements:

  • Hands-on building experience: you've shipped agents, automations, or internal tools, not just managed them
  • Code literacy: you can read, review, and debug code independently, not just prompt AI to generate it
  • Experience building AI agents, conversational AI, or complex automations
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and modern AI tooling (Claude, ElevenAgents, LangChain, etc.)
  • Ability to build usable interfaces that non-technical users can adopt (Slack apps, web UIs, embedded workflows)
  • Strong understanding of GTM workflows: sales cycles, deal stages, buyer journeys
  • Systems thinking: you can design how multiple agents and data sources work together
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills: you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Bias for action: you ship fast, iterate, and don't wait for permission

Nice to have:

  • Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
  • Python or JavaScript proficiency
  • Experience with LMS, CMS, or knowledge management platforms. Understanding where legacy tools fall short is valuable
  • Familiarity with ElevenLabs products (Agents Platform, API, Creative Platform)
  • Background building internal tools (Retool, Airtable, etc.)
  • SQL proficiency for data analysis and automation
What we offer:
  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend
