Job Description

As the GTM Advisory Lead at Liberty, you will spearhead technology assessments for PE-backed portfolio companies, translating complex technical insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth and risk mitigation in the M&A landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead GTM technology assessments for PE-backed portfolio companies preparing for sale
  • Evaluate CRM, marketing automation, data architecture, RevOps maturity, reporting integrity, scalability, and risk exposure
  • Shape the technology narrative for CIMs and buyer diligence
  • Present findings directly to PE deal teams and portfolio company executives
  • Translate technical complexity into investor-relevant value drivers and risk mitigation themes
  • Refine assessment frameworks and delivery methodology

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, private equity operations, investment banking technology diligence, or revenue operations leadership
