Job Description

We are seeking a GTM Acceleration professional to lead SaaS-focused GTM design initiatives for Vodafone Business solutions, including Security, Unified Communications, and Cloud. This role will primarily focus on the German market, collaborating with GTM, Product, Sales, and Commercial teams to design and deliver integrated go-to-market and marketing programmes aligned with business priorities. You will play a key role in driving growth in one of Vodafone’s fastest-growing areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead SaaS acceleration initiatives for the German market
  • Analyse Microsoft incentives for applicability and implement them within Vodafone systems
  • Leverage Microsoft programmes such as CSP Briefings and SMB Assessments
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell matrices supported by benefit-led messaging and storytelling content
  • Use internal and external data (e.g., Cloud Ascent, Escrow, Enlyft) to create targeted campaigns, especially for security solutions
  • Build measures to prevent churn, including a robust renewal process integrated with Microsoft pre-sales teams
  • Track ROI and KPIs to assess and optimise GTM and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure GTM execution aligns with commercial objectives

Requirements

  • Experienced in GTM, acceleration, campaign management, and sales enablement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and ROI reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1 level)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft incentives and programmes is desirable
