GSP Trade Monitoring Senior Lead Analyst

• Actively analyzing and dealing with market abuse alerts generated
• Support scoping, design, and implementation of the trade monitoring to provide risk-based coverage of market abuse/manipulation and rogue trading behaviors globally ensuring compliance to local rules and regulations
• Collaborate with other internal areas including Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Business Management to assist with the delivery of required controls
• Support data sourcing and data quality processes for transaction monitoring, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to review data quality issues and remediation

• Relevant work experience in financial services and Global Spread Products (IG/HY/EM Credit, Securitized Products, and Structured Credit) (Trading or Surveillance)
• MS Excel, SQL, Python, or other C based coding a plus
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to see the big picture whilst giving high attention to critical details
• Ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
