Job Responsibility
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location
Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, telephones, and/or other communication systems, then document and relay security-related information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication and support across the location
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to track routine activity, deliveries, arrivals, and/or unusual events within a logistics and distribution environment
Support access control and vehicle or visitor processing by verifying information, communicating directions, and reporting concerns in accordance with site-specific policies
Requirements
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required
Alarm panel experience is preferred
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred
A guard card or license is preferred
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
