Job Description:

Figure is seeking an experienced and dynamic GSOC Lead to oversee monitoring and response activities within our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). In this critical role, you will ensure the safety and security of employees, facilities, and assets across the organization. As the GSCO Lead, you will coordinate team operations and serve as a key liaison for incident response, system administration, and service delivery. Utilizing a combination of security systems, business intelligence tools, open-source media, and proprietary platforms, you will detect, analyze, and communicate adverse conditions that may impact business operations or physical security. You will be responsible for processing, managing, and prioritizing incoming data, service requests, and incident reports, ensuring timely dissemination to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct and oversee frontline, intermediate, and advanced monitoring and response activities, including processing physical security service requests
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational management and oversight of security staff functions in coordination with management and as designated
  • Collaborate with management, peers, and physical security operators on security system programming, troubleshooting, and administration to ensure the effective service and maintenance of physical security systems
  • Identify service issues and coordinate scheduling of service calls and technical support with appropriate teams
  • Provide advanced level support for physical security and identity management programs
  • Collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to identify problems and procedural irregularities within security operations
  • Communicate the status of physical security systems, including outages or issues, to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Manage and complete assigned tasks and activities associated with multiple projects, ensuring successful completion under competing deadlines
  • Support management in developing and directing training for both internal and external physical security staff on systems and operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GSOC or similar security operations environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to triage and prioritize incidents effectively
  • Proficiency in security technologies, including video management systems, access control platforms, and incident management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effectively coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
