We are seeking a talented experienced Engineering Practice Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering mindset, with ability to coordinate across different Domains and support their engineering transformation initiatives. This role also offers an opportunity to drive engineering maturity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support engineering transformation by coordinating with multiple domains on Engineering uplift initiatives
  • Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups
  • Analyse data insights to drive engineering decisions and generate status reports
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and engineering maturity
  • Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways
  • Understand and align work across different technology domains, including Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cyber and business technology teams ensuring consistency in standards and practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering mindset with experience across technology stacks
