Job Responsibility:
Manage and administer Global Security governance forums and committees, including agenda development, material preparation, scheduling, facilitation support, and documentation and followup of decisions and actions
Ensure governance materials are clear, executive ready, and aligned with enterprise risk management practices
Tracks actions, decisions, and commitments from governance committees to closure
Maintain governance charters, operating models, and cadence documentation
Develops detailed project plans and schedules for program governance initiatives
Develops best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress
uses established project standards, procedures, and quality objectives
Establishes and maintains a productive working partnership with program sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders
Provides executive report-outs/presentations and makes suitable recommendations to management, executives and governance teams to enable decision making
Coordinate and manage Global Security communications and submissions to external forums such as the Sustainability Report, rating agency responses, etc.
Coaches or mentors less-experienced employees and provides assistance as required
Performs other related duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, Risk Mgmt, Business Admin or related field
6+ years of information security, risk governance, project management experience or other relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the principles, techniques, methodology of project management, quality management, and change management
End user experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Clear understanding of Information Security Frameworks such as NIST and ISO
Experience with project initiation, planning, task management, and agile methodologies
Documentation Development
Ability to work independently and self driven
Business Case Prep, Cost Benefit Analysis
Business Formal Presentations
Experience preparing executive-level materials
Business Peer Leadership
Lead Large Projects (Transformational and Strategic): Basic
Lead Medium Projects (Tactical and Evolutionary)
