You'll be responsible for growing company’s registered user base — on the website and through in-house broadcast channels on Telegram and WhatsApp. You'll work across a mix of tie-ups, college outreach, paid ads, and influencer collabs, with a sharp focus on driving cost-efficient sign-ups.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new user registrations across all acquisition channels, partnerships & other sources.
Identify and activate tie-ups with relevant platforms, apps, and communities to run co-promotions that generate conversions.
Plan and execute college ambassador programmes — recruit campus reps, run events, and track registrations per campus.
Scout, brief, and manage influencer collaborations
track performance against sign-up targets.
Maintain weekly reports on CAC, CPI, channel-wise sign-up volumes, and overall registration to transacting conversion growth along with ROI.
Run paid acquisition campaigns on Telegram Ads and Meta Ads to drive channel subscriber growth.
Set up and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta including app installs
own the creative brief and audience targeting.
Monitor acquisition funnels daily — identify drop-offs and work with the product/tech team to fix conversion blockers.
Requirements:
Experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition — ideally at a consumer internet, e-commerce, or fintech startup.
Prior experience or contacts in partnerships for coupon or offer listing on relevant brands is a must.
Strong written communication — comfortable writing ad copies, influencer briefs, and broadcast content.
Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Comfortable with data — can pull numbers from dashboards, spot trends, and translate them into actions.
Organised and self-driven
able to manage multiple channels and tie-ups simultaneously.
Nice to have:
An existing network of micro-influencers or college communities.
Basic knowledge of UTM tracking, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
Experience running ads on Quora and X would be a bonus.
Familiarity with organic acquisition via Reddit and other niche social communities.
Proficiency with analytics tools — GA4, Appsflyer/Adjust, or similar MMPs.
