As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst at Fever, you'll work on promoting the business plan across global markets through data-driven strategies, managing independent projects, defining company performance strategies, and collaborating with team members internationally to develop new entertainment experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
  • Work independently and manage own pipeline of projects within a business line
  • Take part in global projects to define the future of the entertainment industry
  • Enhance company performance across different business departments
  • Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
  • Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
  • Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific department growth
  • Work with people and projects across different markets to develop new experiences in up to 40 countries

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
  • A high level of English
  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
  • Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
  • Generate high business impact based on decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
  • Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python)
  • Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
