Job Responsibility:

  • Architect Growth Systems - Design and build automation workflows including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing systems that convert high-value prospects into pipeline opportunities
  • Own Marketing Technology - Take ownership of our martech stack (HubSpot, Clay, enrichment tools) - optimising integrations and ensuring peak performance to support growth targets
  • Drive Strategic Alignment - Partner with VP of Growth and Sales leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into operational excellence, ensuring seamless marketing-sales handoffs
  • Execute Digital Campaigns - Lead campaign execution from setup and automation through to performance tracking and continuous optimisation
  • Generate Data Insights - Analyse lead flow and conversion metrics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions
