Job Description

Uber Direct is our white-label delivery service that enables merchants in Poland to offer fast, same-day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores — with no need for customers to use the Uber app. You will own the long-term commercial health of these partnerships, ensuring they scale effectively on our platform. Your work bridges the gap between digital strategy and physical logistics at a massive scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop plans in conjunction with your assigned accounts to expand their business through growing same-location sales or adding locations
  • Build long-term relationships with our key accounts and be the main point of contact from Store Manager to HQ, focusing on improving their operations and optimising commercials
  • Quantify everything you do
  • Utilise an analytical approach to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritising those with the highest return on investment
  • This role will require fast thinking on your feet and moving swiftly through complex situations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer or client facing experience ideally in account management, or consulting
  • Previous experience setting and achieving business targets
  • Comfortable with data analysis, excel, presenting findings and recommendations
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner’s business
  • Ability to build creative commercial strategies for our partners in a fast-growing market
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels
  • Able to create detailed execution plans for large-scale projects and then deliver them to plan regardless of any surprises or ambiguity along the way
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, e.g., Commercial, Operations, Product (Tech), Finance and Legal teams
  • Highly autonomous, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Polish and English fluency a must

  • Knowledge of last-mile delivery space
  • SQL experience
