Job Description

As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You won't just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, you will lead key projects and partners that drive our success in APAC.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the business plan for key APAC expansion areas and partners
  • Drive projects with key impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization
  • Act as a lead advisor to our top-tier strategic partners
  • Leverage Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help our partners succeed and grow
  • Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
  • Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows
  • Work closely with key regional stakeholders across our key APAC markets to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus, including a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
  • Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines
  • Proactive problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions
  • Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred

Nice to have

Proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese is an advantage for navigating global and regional stakeholders and partners
