Alongside Uber Eats, we are launching Uber Direct in Greece. Uber Direct is our white-label delivery service that enables merchants to offer fast, same-day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores — with no need for customers to use the Uber app. You will own the initial GTM commercial strategy (pipeline creation and sales) for the market. As we launch our first merchants, you will then transition to also focus on scaling our merchants’ operations and driving long-term commercial health of our partnerships. You will be the vital link that translates high-level digital strategy into scalable, on-the-ground delivery operations.

Requirements:
3+ years of customer or client facing experience ideally in account management or consulting
Previous experience in setting and achieving business targets
Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
Analytical skills: comfortable with data analysis, spreadsheets and presenting findings and recommendations
Commercial acumen: understanding of how businesses and organizations work
Ability to build sales pitches, negotiate deals and creative commercial strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
Project management: able to create meticulously detailed execution plans for large-scale projects
Stakeholder management: experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Highly autonomous self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
