You will join the Growth team, whose mission is to generate the pipeline required for our Sales team to hit our ARR targets. We build and scale repeatable go-to-market motions that turn awareness into qualified meetings and pipeline. During your internship, you will work as the right-hand to the Head of Demand Generation and drive high-impact acquisition initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Help make investment decisions based on ROI data across demand gen programs (multi-million dollar annual budget): define what “good” looks like, build simple models, and recommend what to scale, fix, or stop
Lead growth experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion across the funnel, including testing intent signals (what indicates a prospect is in-market) and translating results into clear next actions
Build a repeatable webinar-to-pipeline playbook: promotion strategy, AI-assisted short-form clips, distribution calendar, and post-webinar activation to convert engagement into meetings
Lead customer-network pipeline engine by launching new tools and tracking the impact on meetings and pipeline
Develop and iterate AI agents to automate marketing campaign creation
Requirements:
Looking for a 6 month internship (gap year or end-of-studies)
Great with Excel/Spreadsheet - can turn complex ideas into compelling stories and support them with numbers
Executed at least one successful digital marketing initiative - either a full campaign or ownership of one channel/tactic (SEO, SEA, paid social/SMA, emailing/marketing automation, etc.) and can clearly explain role, execution, and measurable results (KPIs)
Curious, hands-on, and enjoys running experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate)
Background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship or a related field
Nice to have:
Curious about cybersecurity and would like to know how hackers operate
