Job Description:

Growth Strategy Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The position focuses on promoting Fever's business plan across markets, ensuring event performance, and driving global growth through data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to one of Fever's key markets focusing on growth and development
Work independently and manage own pipeline of projects
Take lead on global projects defining future of entertainment industry
Enhance overall company performance across different business departments
Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical skills
Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
Create, develop, and manage new projects like business streams, workflows, and strategies
Work with people and projects across different markets

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
High level of English required
Spanish is a plus
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
Understanding of coding language preferred (SQL, R, Python)
Proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms
Coding language understanding (SQL, R, Python)
