Job Description

The Growth Specialist, Channel Partners plays a crucial role in driving growth with channel partners newly on-boarded to T-Mobile. This role will work to build the business of new partners with T-Mobile after they have completed their first sale. The Growth Specialist, Channel Partners will identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to T-Mobile, clearly communicating the value proposition and outlining expectations for mutual success. They will develop trusting relationships with new channel partners to understand their business needs and path for mutual success. This includes successfully completing the on-boarding journey, adjusting to new requirements as they arise. Cultivating new sales opportunities to identify expansion to new use cases or net new solutions is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry (Preferred)
  • Knowledge Management Experience with large multi-year sophisticated deals. (Preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator. (Required)
