Growth Solutions Engineer

• Establish new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
• Guide projects from conception to implementation
• Lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
• Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements and enhance efficiency
• Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
• Manage critical tools and procedures across departments
• Collaborate with Sales, Originals, Operations, and Marketing to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias towards data-based decision making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and conveying complex concepts
• Strong proficiency in SQL or other query languages
• Solid experience in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
