Job Description

A fast-growing Series B B2B SaaS company with approximately €6M ARR is looking to hire a Growth Sales / Pipeline Generation Specialist to support the continued expansion of its commercial organisation. The business is building a data-driven software platform serving retail and e-commerce clients, and is now scaling its go-to-market function across the DACH region. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and revenue operations, with a focus on building a predictable and scalable pipeline engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Own responsibility for building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline for the commercial team
  • Design and implement automated outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn integrated within CRM and sales tools
  • Identify and segment target accounts within retail and e-commerce markets to maximise outreach effectiveness
  • Run growth experiments and A/B testing to improve pipeline generation and conversion rates
  • Analyse pipeline metrics including conversion, velocity and engagement, identifying areas for optimisation
  • Build scalable lead qualification processes for inbound and event-generated leads
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Partnerships to optimise go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • Experience working as an SDR, B2B or pipeline generation specialist within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong interest in data-driven sales strategies, automation and growth experimentation
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Highly organised, analytical and comfortable building scalable processes

Nice to have

Experience targeting retail or e-commerce sectors is advantageous
