Job Description

In the Noa AI product area, our mission is to revolutionize patient management and medical record-keeping. Our flagship AI product, Noa Notes, is an AI medical scribe that helps doctors focus on patients rather than typing. We have product-market fit, we operate in 13 countries, and we have paying doctors. Now, we’re ready for the next step: Scale Noa Notes 10x to tens of thousands of doctors. To achieve this, we are looking for a product manager to transform our go-to-market strategy from pure Sales-Led to real Product-Led Growth (PLG).

Job Responsibility

  • Building PLG Flywheels: architect and execute the transition from a sales-led motion to a product-led growth engine
  • obsess over activation, retention, and self-service revenue
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: default to shipping experiments in days, not weeks
  • use data to kill bad experiments fast and double down on winners
  • Transforming the Org: work directly with local teams in Customer Success and Sales across 13 countries to help them transition into a Product-Led Sales model, evangelizing the 'why'
  • Ruthless Outcome Focus: judged on metrics (Growth, ARR, Retention), not activity
  • have the autonomy to make bold calls
  • Defining Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value we provide to doctors
  • Influence business leaders using data to align the company around your product strategy

Requirements

  • PLG & Transformation Experience: specific experience building PLG flywheels and/or working inside an organization to transform it from Sales-Led to Product-Led
  • Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B), demonstrating a strong track record of launching and growing successful products
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: launched a new product from scratch (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization)
  • comfortable with P&L accountability
  • Data-Driven Mindset: possess the analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, define evaluation pipelines, and derive actionable insights to improve retention and conversion
  • Judgment on Systems: know when to move fast and scrappy (hardcoded hacks) and when to invest in infrastructure
  • avoid over-engineering that delays learning
  • Collaborative Force Multiplier: experience scaling execution across distributed teams
  • don't work in isolation
  • unlock local teams to execute the vision in parallel

Nice to have

  • Software engineering background
  • Experience taking a product from idea to profit on your own
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with building AI SaaS products

What we offer

  • Flexible remuneration and benefits system via Flexoh, which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings
  • Share options plan after 6 months of working with us
  • Remote or hybrid work model with our hub in Barcelona
  • Flexible working hours (fully flexible, as in most cases you only have to be on a couple of meetings weekly)
  • Summer intensive schedule during July and August (work 7 hours, finish earlier)
  • 23 paid holidays, with exchangeable local bank holidays
  • Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate)
  • Private healthcare plan with Adeslas for you and subsidized for your family (medical and dental)
  • Access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee in partnership for you and your family with Andjoy
  • Access to iFeel, a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling
  • Free English and Spanish classes
