Job Description

A leading consumer streaming and digital media organization in Inglewood is seeking a Growth Product Manager to support its direct-to-consumer subscription business in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to help shape and scale a growing DTC subscription ecosystem serving millions of digital consumers across mobile, web, and connected TV platforms.This is a temporary/contract role. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, analytics and user experience, with a primary focus on subscription funnel optimization, audience segmentation, experimentation and conversion growth across digital consumer journeys. The ideal candidate understands how to move users from awareness to engagement to subscription through data-informed product and growth strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Optimize user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and subscription conversion funnels
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, Analytics and Content teams to drive subscriber growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute experimentation strategies including A/B testing, conversion testing and behavioral optimization
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Support audience segmentation strategies and personalized user experiences across digital platforms
  • Help shape product-led growth initiatives including offers, messaging, eligibility triggers, onboarding flows and dynamic content experiences
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion and retention metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-visibility consumer environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing or Subscription Growth
  • Experience working within DTC subscription, streaming, media, ecommerce or consumer digital product environments
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user segmentation, experimentation frameworks and growth metrics
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Design and Engineering teams
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, CRM/lifecycle systems and product performance reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with executional urgency and operational ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for consumer behavior, digital engagement and subscription growth

  • Deliver efficient subscriber growth and revenue through digital media, hitting targets for net adds, CAC and LTV: CAC
  • Orchestrate media to support the full subscriber lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and win-back
  • Build a modern, data-driven media engine that uses experimentation, automation, and first-party data to scale efficiently
  • Define the digital media vision and multi-year roadmap to support subscriber growth, retention, and brand health
  • Own full-funnel media strategy and execution across paid social, programmatic display/video, CTV/OTT, paid search, affiliates/partnerships, and emerging performance channels
  • Design and manage audience strategies tailored to subscription dynamics (prospects, trials, active subs, at-risk, churned) in partnership with CRM/Lifecycle and Data teams
  • Manage the digital media budget, including annual planning, in-year reallocation, pacing, and scenario modeling based on CAC and LTV targets
