Job Description:

Growth Performance Strategist role in the Distribution team at Fever, responsible for expanding reach beyond owned channels by partnering with resellers to distribute experiences across third-party platforms, unlocking incremental revenue from niche audiences. The role focuses on data-driven decision making and optimizing distribution strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Main owner end-to-end of distribution data & performance analysis
Build and automate dashboards using SQL and BI platforms
Define key metrics and KPIs
Ensure data quality and maintain single source of truth
Conduct channel sizing and prioritization
Build revenue models
Shape go-to-market strategies for new platforms and partnerships
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams
Run and analyze experiments across channels
Diagnose and improve ways of working
Collaborate across different markets in international environment

Requirements:

STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data)
3–5 years in analytics/growth/strategy roles within high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments
Advanced SQL (required)
Experience with one or more BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase)
Strong analytical toolkit
Process-improvement oriented
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficient in English and Spanish

Nice to have:

Prior experience with other statistical analysis tools or procedures in other sectors or environments
Additional language beyond English and Spanish
