Job Description:

My client is looking for a brand-new Growth/Performance Specialist to join their well-established fast-growing team, offering a salary up to £42,000, 1 day a week in the West London office. They are a well-established clean ethical beauty brand that emphasise the importance of clean sustainability within this fast-growing sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting and activating the paid media strategy
  • Lead strategy, planning, execution and development of paid search campaigns identifying new benchmarks and KPIs
  • Managing day to day budget management across all paid channels, factoring in stock and campaign level levers and input
  • Working with the current Brand team to test and build omni-channel user funnel flows, identifying opportunities, risk and efficiencies in order to capitalise on current trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in Paid Search and Social
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels including social network advertising
  • Knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with budget management in excess of 70k a month
  • Data minded individual who likes showcasing results and ROI to stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
