This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing strategies for TUI's tourism business across Portugal, Spain, and LATAM markets. As a strategic, data-driven marketing leader, you'll drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing performance, and scale our digital presence while initially acting as a 'full-stack performance marketer' before evolving to lead a dedicated performance team.
Job Responsibility:
Planning, launching, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Owning budget allocation and campaign pacing across all B2C performance channels
Creating and executing A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborating with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
Developing and implementing a scalable SEO strategy for international markets
Overseeing keyword research, content planning, and website optimisation
Defining a long-term content roadmap that aligns with the user journey
Mapping out the customer funnel and continuously improving conversion rates at each stage
Setting up and managing experiments on web flows (e.g., booking engine, onboarding pages)
Defining and monitoring key growth KPIs across all digital channels
Building dashboards using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI or similar tools
Translating performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
