Job Description:

Fever is seeking a Growth Operations Strategy Associate to take a central role in enabling Fever’s rapid scale and global market expansion. The role focuses on leadership in improving workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing tools and processes, and driving data-based decision-making. Fever is an international tech platform revolutionizing live entertainment and offers a supportive, diverse, and dynamic work environment in Madrid.

Job Responsibility:

Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments, guiding projects from conception to implementation
lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools, ensuring they meet strategic objectives
conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements, significantly enhancing overall efficiency
align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures
collaborate seamlessly with all company departments, including Sales, Originals, Operations, and Marketing, to drive cross-functional initiatives
take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide, spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities, from day one.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
strong analytical and quantitative skills
strong bias towards data-based decision-making
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
familiarity with SQL or other query languages
proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus
proficiency in written and spoken English
knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
