Job Description:

The Growth Operations Media Associate will help shape the future of entertainment by improving efficiency and establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments. The role involves leading the development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
Lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements
Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
Collaborate seamlessly with all company departments
Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience working with media is a plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must
Knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
