Job Description:

This is a highly commercial, analytically driven role for someone eager to make a tangible impact. As a Growth Operations Associate, your core objective is to increase active user counts across our offerings, helping clients extract maximum value from AlphaSights. You’ll do this through a blend of data analysis, process improvement, and initiative execution – identifying opportunities to activate or re-engage users, rolling out new practices with client service teams, and launching targeted user engagement programs. You’ll own growth operations for a regional business unit and work closely with its client service leadership. While your primary stakeholders sit in our Client Service organization, you are embedded in our Technology & Strategy function and collaborate extensively with product marketing, product management, and analytics. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced, ambiguous environments where grit, creativity, and a bias for action are key to success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design & Execute Growth Initiatives: Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle – including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Analyze User Data: Use data to uncover growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop personas for targeted engagement
  • Improve Engagement Processes: Identify inefficiencies in existing user engagement practices and implement best practices for your client segment
  • Report on Performance: Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI
  • Prospect High-Value Users: Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts, ensuring strong uptake of our offerings
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders: Influence VP+ stakeholders through clear communication, relationship management, and data-backed insights that drive strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • High-Achieving: track record of academic or internship success and demonstrate strong potential for growth
  • Analytical & Technical: comfortable working with data and using it to solve complex problems
  • Clear Communicator: know how to craft sharp, persuasive messages – whether writing user outreach or influencing internal stakeholders
  • Action-Oriented: proactive, persistent, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Outcome-Focused: motivated by results and take ownership of moving key business metrics
  • Curious & Creative: continuously seek better ways to solve problems, drive impact, and improve the user experience
  • Collaborative & Driven: believe success is a team effort and bring energy and ambition to everything you do
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus, but not required
