CyberVadis is undergoing a major transformation within its Marketing department. We are shifting from a support function focused on 'Brand Image' to a true 'Revenue Engine.' As part of this restructuring plan, we are creating the role of Growth & Marketing Ops Manager. You will be the 'Engine' of this new organization, responsible for industrializing our acquisition and transforming our technical expertise into concrete business opportunities (SAL - Sales Accepted Leads).
Job Responsibility:
Design and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (ABM approach)
Manage the budget with an obsession for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates
Optimize organic visibility to capture qualified traffic
Distribute expert content through the right channels to generate leads
Automate workflows to 100%
End manual profiling for SDRs
Guarantee impeccable data hygiene in Salesforce
Own the technical stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft)
Provide SDRs with enriched and scored leads
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of successful experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Advanced mastery of Salesforce and Pardot
Data-Driven mindset
Fluent French & Professional English
