Job Description:

Checkr is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support the expansion of its B2C products. This role involves driving growth through SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion rate optimization, with a focus on AI-driven content engineering and B2C marketing strategies, within a more established marketing organization.

Job Responsibility:

Growth strategy: define our end to end growth / user acquisition strategy for B2C product line, spanning SEO, website, paid, email, etc.
AI-driven SEO: lead end-to-end content creation, utilizing AI tools to generate efficiencies across our entire content generation process
paid acquisition: manage B2C paid acquisition campaigns across social, display, and online video platforms
product positioning: refine target personas and value propositions for B2C products
conversion rate optimization: collaborate with core marketing team to enhance B2C website performance and A/B testing and optimization strategies
cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product and engineering teams to continuously adapt our strategy based on the product roadmap and insights into what is working.

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and paid acquisition
familiarity with AI-driven content engineering tools and workflows
a creative, test and learn mindset, particularly when it comes to testing cutting edge AI solutions and tools
background in B2C marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
demonstrated experience in quickly testing and scaling new marketing channels, with a focus on speed and efficiency
strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Google Analytics)
a desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency
self starter: go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative.
