Job Description:

Be the growth architect behind Wehype’s expansion, turning marketing into a revenue-driving engine for global game studios. Own the B2B funnel and scale our presence among the world’s leading game publishers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership: Design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns that generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and warm conversations for our sales team
  • Event Strategy & Support: Assist with the strategy & own marketing support of events at major industry events (GDC, Gamescom, etc.)
  • Sales Enablement & Collateral: Partner closely with the Sales team to create pitch decks, data-backed case studies, and ROI calculators
  • Performance CRM: Build automated nurture sequences that move prospects through the funnel based on intent and behavior
  • Content for Conversion: Produce thought leadership (white papers, webinars, and industry reports) specifically designed to attract Director, VP and C-level decision-makers
  • GTM & Product Marketing: Launch new features and services with a focus on market fit, pricing communication, and competitive positioning

Requirements:

  • B2B Growth Specialist with a proven track record of managing a B2B funnel and understanding the long sales cycles of the enterprise/gaming world
  • Event Pro obsessed with pre-event outreach and post-event conversion
  • Data-Obsessed, living in CRM and analytics tools, measuring success by pipeline generated and CAC
  • Strategic & Scrappy, able to build a 12-month growth roadmap and personally execute a LinkedIn ad campaign
  • Gaming Fluent, understanding the nuances of the gaming industry and how to speak the language of game publishers and developers
