Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of driving demand generation and measurable pipeline growth. This role will focus on creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to engage technical buyers, optimize digital acquisition strategies, and support long sales cycles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex product messaging into impactful marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with sales and revenue goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns that align with product launches, target industries, and buyer personas
  • Create multi-touch strategies to support long sales cycles, ensuring seamless transitions through evaluation and expansion phases
  • Oversee paid digital channels, including search, display, retargeting, and paid social, optimizing performance for lead generation
  • Implement and refine inbound marketing strategies, including website optimization, content conversion paths, and lead nurturing programs
  • Design and execute demand strategies for industry trade shows and events to maximize lead generation and pipeline impact
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance lead intake, qualification processes, and post-event follow-up workflows
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and results
  • Coordinate with product marketing, sales, and technical teams to align messaging and campaign strategies with business goals
  • Maintain and optimize marketing dashboards to clearly communicate growth metrics and revenue outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in managing pipeline generation and analyzing campaign performance
  • Expertise in digital advertising channels, including search, display, retargeting, and paid social media
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to support long and complex sales cycles, particularly for technical products
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences, including engineers and manufacturing professionals
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and revenue impact
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies, including blogs, white papers, and technical content activation
