We are searching for an agile and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join and scale with the Growth Marketing team! The ideal candidate will soundly understand how to translate business goals and messaging into effective multichannel marketing campaigns that drive quality results for our SDR and field sales organization. This role requires a knack for clear and actionable collaboration, ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders clearly, and comfort leveraging available data sources to emphasize key findings.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation and/or account based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with opportunity creation, sales velocity, win rate, and other revenue targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and Creative to ensure the campaigns align with latest offerings, messaging, and strategy
Ideate and refine campaign segmentation methodologies using available CRM and revenue data to support
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across channels, including but limited to email, events, media (organic and paid), webinars, and content marketing
Act as marketing playmaker across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
assist in creation of project management flows and timelines as needed
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and increased new logo revenue
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve the effectiveness of upsell offers and messaging
Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and data/analytics tools to bring programs to market and dynamically report on efficacy
Proactively identify ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence workflows and tools to increase productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, ABM, or digital marketing with a focus on new logo acquisition
Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive revenue
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce) for campaign execution and tracking
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS or technology industry
Familiarity with demand generation and revenue acquisition strategies and goals
Experience working with sales and business development teams, demonstrating competency of the sales cycle and how it translates into marketing programs
