InStride is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager whose main responsibility will be to engage and nurture target accounts with best-in-class campaigns. This role is a high-profile growth opportunity to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns. As a function of the Commercial team, this role will leverage high-value assets across website, social, paid media and email to engage prospective corporate partners.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage target accounts and drive measurable pipeline growth
Lead growth strategy experiments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Develop and execute campaign strategies
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Analyze campaign performance
Optimize the website for prospect engagement and conversion
Own, develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels
Own performance across key digital channels
Own and execute paid media strategy across channels
Own, build and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths
Analyze and report on key performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, product, and events teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role
Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation workflows
Growth strategy experimentation
Demand generation
Paid media management
Data analysis
Proficiency with tools such as Wordpress, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
