Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare with modern, automated B2B software for rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We’ve become the go-to platform in the space, are setting a new standard in healthcare technology, and growing fast. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own full-funnel growth for key products, services, and verticals. This person will take pipeline, conversion, and expansion goals and drive outcomes end-to-end by diagnosing where growth is constrained, building the plan, coordinating execution across teams, and delivering measurable results. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Account Management, RevOps, and Creative teams. You’ll lead growth initiatives from strategy through execution, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on enablement and messaging so customer-facing teams can sell more effectively. This role is ideal for a growth marketer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly with imperfect information, and can prioritize ruthlessly to focus the team on the highest-impact work.

Requirements:
5+ years in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS company AND/OR outpatient therapy [PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields]
Proven ability to own a metric and drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and/or expansion targets.
Strong analytical instincts, including defining what to measure, interpreting results, and translating insights into action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership, including clear briefs, compelling writing skills, and alignment across teams.
Strong prioritization and tradeoff thinking, including the ability to say no, focus on impact, and avoid busywork.
Experience building enablement and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management motions.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and speed, with a bias toward experimentation and learning.
Nice to have:
Experience with funnel analysis and CRM workflows.
Experience with lifecycle tooling such as marketing automation, segmentation, and experimentation.
Familiarity with outpatient rehab workflows and buyer personas across PT, OT, SLP, chiropractic and pediatric care.
