The Growth Marketing Lead role exists to make that happen, creating scalable growth loops, community-led awareness, and demand at every stage of the funnel. You’ll lead the charge on how Anima reaches, activates, and retains users, from bold events and storytelling, to seamless PLG experiences, automations, and viral loops. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and customer success, architecting experiments, automations, and creative campaigns that convert.
Job Responsibility:
Design and execute Anima’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across events, content, partnerships, and PLG
Build scalable growth loops, automations, and workflows that drive qualified leads and measurable ROI
Create and optimise lifecycle campaigns that turn awareness into activation, conversion, and advocacy
Develop bold events, storytelling, and social campaigns that expand brand awareness and credibility
Build and scale a customer storytelling and ambassador engine that turns users into public champions
Partner with Product to embed PLG mechanics like referrals, onboarding nudges, and sharing loops
Use data and experimentation to uncover new growth levers, refine ICPs, and optimise targeting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth systems with business impact
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environments
Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns across events, content, email, partnerships, and automations with measurable ROI
Skilled in positioning, copywriting, and segmentation with a strong grasp of customer psychology
Deeply motivated by building technology that empowers people and advances AI-driven healthcare
Nice to have:
Technical fluency with SQL, Python, JS, or Excel for data exploration, attribution, reporting and automations
Proficiency in growth tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, GA4, and Mixpanel
Experience building PLG loops, ambassador programs, or community-led growth initiatives
A strong interest in AI, healthcare, and systems thinking
